About PIP
PIP can give you practice interviewing for any job, at any level, on any subject, and with any kind of interviewer. PIP is for serious practice for professional interviews, but was designed to be fun, and to give you complete control of the aspects of your practice sessions.
Each Interview Is unique
In life and on PIP, each interview is unique. Even if you return to a PIP session and begin again with exactly the same settings, each session will be somewhat different. You will be asked somewhat different questions, and in a different way each time. This helps you to be even more deeply prepared for any interview.
PIP Gives You Complete Control
You have the option of selecting specific subjects within the interview for you to practice. This way you can work to make your weak areas strong, and your strong areas even stronger.
In addition, you get to set the type of interviewer: friendly, neutral or stern. It’s best to start with the friendly interviewer, and then practice later with more challenging interviewers.
You can also set the number of follow up questions per interview question, so that you can either move quickly through an interview, or drill deep.
PIP Is Also for Professional Training
If you don’t know the answer to a question during a PIP session, or don’t do well in answering a question, you can ask the PIP interviewer to tell you about that subject, and PIP will present full knowledge in that area, as deep as you would like to go, so that you can be prepared in every area.
PIP Is Multilingual
PIP can interview you in any of several major languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese, Korean, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Russian.
